Herausgegeben wurde die Studie vom Institut für Medien und Kommunikationsmanagement (MCM) der Universität St.Gallen: onlinejournalismus.de: Forschung: Ergebnisse der Delphi-Studie zur Zukunft des Online-Journalismus „Entsprechend beurteilen die Fachleute die klassischen Medienhäuser auch zukünftig als die wichtigsten Informationsanbieter im Web – etwa im Vergleich mit Informationsinhalten von Unternehmen, Organisationen und Privatpersonen über Weblogs und Peer-To-Peer-Plattformen.“
