Middelhoff and Case are simpatico in their vision of media convergence, which describes a future in which several types of content — such as voice, data, music and video images — are available through a variety of devices, such as cell phones, pagers and PCs. Both are known as longer-term strategists than as day-to-day, hands-on executives. Middelhoff is on Case’s Instant Messenger „buddy list“ and the two correspond.“
